Job summary

SaveMoneyCutCarbon is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager – Water Efficiency to lead on-site delivery of water-saving projects, from site assessment through handover, ensuring function and value. The role requires a strong plumbing/mechanical background, ability to translate site findings into practical specifications, and hands-on delivery leadership with suppliers and contractors.

You will own technical design, prepare BoQs, RAMS reviews, and coordinate delivery partners to meet programme,

Qualifications

• Strong plumbing/mechanical background and water-systems knowledge.
• Experience in site surveys and translating findings into specs.
• Ability to produce scopes of work, BoQs and installation docs.
• Good understanding of project costs, variations and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys and technical assessment of water systems.
• Develop practical water-efficiency solutions and specifications.
• Prepare BoQs and material schedules with accuracy.
• Coordinate delivery partners, plumbers and subcontractors.
• Manage RAMS reviews and on-site health & safety compliance.
• Oversee commissioning, handover and post-installation performance.
