Job summary

Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall (CASW) is seeking an Energy Debt Adviser on a fixed-term contract to 31 August 2028. You will provide high-quality debt and energy advice, manage a personal caseload and support clients with arrears, budgeting, benefits and grants.

Work with colleagues and external organisations to connect clients with the right support and pursue the debt accreditation and Level 3 Energy Awareness.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality debt and energy advice to clients.
• Manage own caseload with accurate, impartial guidance.
• Develop knowledge of energy arrears, budgeting, benefits and grants.
