Job summary

Ameresco Leeds is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our energy solutions team. You will manage bill validation, handle complex queries, and perform consumption analysis for a portfolio of clients, collaborating with senior teammates as needed.

You will use Excel and Systems Link to analyse data, communicate with clients via email and meetings, and help maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. The role is hybrid, based in Leeds, with UK rights to work required.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics and a competent Excel user.
• Handling large quantities of numerical data.
• Handling client queries in a complex business environment.
• Client facing communications.
• Previous and relevant industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Bill validation of invoices with more variable elements, such as those relating to flexible contracts.
• Handling and recording of more complex queries such as metering disputes.
• Consumption analysis such as capacity reviews.
• Communication with clients through emails and meetings and where necessary supported by more senior members of the team.
• Build and maintain bill validation reports for Ameresco clients.
• Support other ad-hoc energy solutions based workstreams where required.
