Job summary

SmartestEnergy UK is seeking a proactive Account Coordinator to act as the day-to-day contact for our strategic accounts. You will coordinate activity across multiple internal teams, ensure customer requirements are understood, and deliver timely resolutions to queries while providing clear reporting and updates.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customer accounts in a customer-facing or operational environment.
• Experience coordinating activity across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing customer queries, reporting and issue resolution.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Account Manager in the delivery of the overall account plan and customer strategy.
• Act as the day-to-day operational contact for the account, coordinating activity across multiple internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with operational teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered.
• Manage customer queries, requests and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Produce and coordinate regular customer reporting and account updates.
• Track operational performance, action plans and service commitments, escalating risks where required.
• Support customer governance meetings, maintaining actions, reporting and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer data and account records across relevant systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
