Job Description:

This role could also be known as: Sustainability and Carbon Manager, Carbon and Climate Manager, Asset Performance Manager.

MTVH has bold ambitions for tackling carbon emissions from our 57,000 homes. This is a new role within our Property Directorate, offering an exciting opportunity to lead our transition to net zero carbon. As Energy & Carbon Performance Manager, you will be instrumental in implementing the Decarbonisation Strategy through strategic energy data collection, management, and analysis.

You will be part of a dynamic team, reporting to the Head of Decarbonisation, leading strategic projects, supporting live decarbonisation programmes, and influencing sector change. Full details are available on our careers page.

About You

You will bring technical expertise in data collection, analysis, modelling, monitoring, reporting, and understanding asset performance, with a focus on domestic energy efficiency. You should have extensive data management experience, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to find innovative solutions to data challenges. Building strong networks and collaborating effectively will be key to your success, especially in engaging with residents and customers.
