The role involves technical and program leadership of large teams, ensuring the validity of methods, compliance with safety and environment standards, and development of team capabilities. The candidate should have a proven record in delivering complex programs and demonstrating leadership within engineering.
Ideal candidates will have expertise in nuclear industry design basis fault assessment methods, core analysis codes, and software development (Python). Leadership experience, resource management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
