NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Project Based) to lead major energy upgrade projects and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams from design through commissioning. You will deliver CAPEX projects safely, on schedule and within budget, coordinating with stakeholders and contractor performance in a COMAH-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering major CAPEX projects in high-hazard environments.
• Engineering or related discipline degree; chartered status advantageous.
• Proven track record in brownfield modifications, utilities and construction on operational sites.
• Strong understanding of project controls, cost forecasting, scheduling, risk management and change control.

Responsabilités

• Lead CAPEX projects and work packages from scope definition through construction, completion and handover.
• Manage engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities to achieve safe, successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Drive performance against safety, schedule, cost, quality and delivery readiness.
• Establish work front readiness with permits, materials, access, and stakeholder approvals.
• Own project interfaces across operational assets, engineering teams and wider programmes.
• Provide visible leadership in office and site environments with a focus on safety and collaboration.
• Ensure HSSE, process safety, governance and assurance requirements are met.
• Support successful delivery of future CAPEX projects.
