Real Life Options in Skipton is hiring a Female Support Worker to help three ladies live as independently as possible in a lively supported living service at Kingsway.

You will enable active social lives, attend medical appointments, assist with household tasks and medication management, and follow detailed, person‑centred care plans.

Shifts cover days, evenings, sleepovers, weekdays and weekends in a 24‑hour service; enhanced DBS is required, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Desirable previous care experience; full training provided.
• Enhanced DBS (Adults) is required.
• Willingness to work across 24-hour shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
