Real Life Options Group in Middlesbrough is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our friendly supported living team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will help a lady with learning disabilities and autism to live independently, with personal care, community activities and daily living support.

We offer induction, training, DBS check, benefits like holidays, pension, health plan, and flexible shifts across early, daytime and night periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting adults with autism and behaviours that challenge would be beneficial.
• Previous experience is helpful but not essential; be guided by values and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and emotional support.
• Support community activities and social opportunities.
• Assist day-to-day home activities including meal planning and cleaning.
• Attend health appointments and reviews; administer medication as needed.
• Build confidence and promote independence; maintain accurate records.
