Real Life Options is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our friendly supported living team in the Tees Valley area. This is a part-time role offering meaningful daily impact supporting an individual to live independently and engage in the local community.

The role includes personal care, activities, medication support, and building confidence with a person-centred approach; DBS check will be completed for successful candidates. Flexible shifts available.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care or willingness to learn.
• Full induction and accredited training provided.
• Ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Providing support with personal care and emotional support.
• Support with community activities and social opportunities within the community.
• Supporting with day to day activities within the home to keep it clean and tidy.
• Assisting with meal planning and batch cooking.
• Attending health appointments and reviews.
• Administering medication.
• Promote choice, independence and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships and encourage confidence in everyday life.
• Maintain accurate support records and documentation.
