Job summary

EE in Warrington is hiring a Sales Advisor for our busy contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best phone and broadband deals, while guiding them through our range of tech products.

You’ll need to be a great listener and a fluent talker, comfortable hitting targets and enjoying a sociable, energetic team environment. Training is provided, with clear opportunities for growth within EE and BT.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
• Able to listen well and talk fluently.
• Willingness to hit targets and work in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers to find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Help customers navigate EE products.
