Job summary

EE in Warrington is hiring a Sales Advisor to join our busy contact centre. You will take incoming calls from EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through our tech products.

You will be part of a sociable team with clear targets and uncapped commission, and you will be supported to grow within EE and BT. The role is a full-time position starting 02/11/2026, offering 37.5 hours per week at an on-site Warrington location.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is valuable.
• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.
• Comfort with discussing tech products and plans.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best phone and broadband deals.
• Assist customers to navigate EE products and services.
• Work within Warrington contact centre delivering friendly, effective service.
