Job summary

EE are hiring a Sales Advisor in our Warrington contact centre. You’ll join a lively team handling incoming calls from existing EE customers to help them find the best deals on phones and broadband and navigate the EE product range.

You’ll need to be a great listener and a fluent talker. The role offers uncapped commission and a starting salary of £26,116, rising to £26,738 after eight months, plus benefits including GP access, free parking and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy talking to people and be a fluent communicator.
• Experience in retail or hospitality welcomed.
• Able to listen carefully and match customers with the right product.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Assist customers in navigating the EE product range.
