Job summary

EE in Warrington is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our lively contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband, while guiding them through our range of tech products.

You should be an excellent listener and fluent talker. This role offers a 37.5-hour week with training and chance to grow within EE and BT.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is beneficial.
• You should be able to listen well and communicate clearly.
• You’ll handle incoming calls and help customers choose best deals.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from EE customers and advise on the best mobile and broadband deals.
