Job summary

EE is looking for an energetic Sales Advisor to join our Warrington contact centre. You will handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them choose the best phone and broadband deals and guiding them through our range of tech products.

You’ll need to be a strong listener and confident speaker to match customers with the right products, aiming for great service, performance, and growth within EE.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic person with strong communication skills.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Able to listen carefully and match customers with products.
• Willing to learn about EE products.

Responsibilities
