Job summary

GSL Education is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a role in Trafford Nurseries. The position is full-time or part-time temporary, with shifts around 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and roughly 40 hours per week, depending on rota.

You will support young children aged 0-5, act as Key Person, plan EYFS activities, and communicate with families. A Level 2+ NVQ/Diploma in Early Years or Childcare and safeguarding knowledge are required, along with an Enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Level 2+ NVQ/Diploma in Early Years or Childcare as required.
• Experience working with ages 0-5.
• Strong EYFS understanding and safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as Key Person and track development milestones.
• Plan and lead activities aligned with EYFS.
• Communicate daily with parents and carers.
• Maintain high safety, hygiene, and emotional wellbeing.
