Qualifications

• 3+ years experience not required but preferred in early years settings.
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding.
• Able to plan engaging activities and track child development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Key Person for a group of children and track developmental milestones.
• Plan and lead creative activities aligned with EYFS.
• Maintain clear daily communication with parents and carers.
• Ensure child safety, safeguarding, hygiene, and emotional wellbeing.
