Job summary

GSL Education in Greater Manchester is seeking Level 3+ qualified Nursery Practitioners to join top early years settings across the region. You will plan engaging activities and act as a key person for young children to help deliver high-quality EYFS education.

In this role you will monitor progress, maintain developmental records, and collaborate with parents and staff while upholding safeguarding, health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Full Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years / Childcare (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Act as a Key Person, monitoring progress and maintaining developmental records under the EYFS framework.
• Design and execute play-based learning opportunities tailored to individual learning needs.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with parents, carers, and staff.
• Maintain strict standards of safeguarding, health, safety, and hygiene.
