Qualifications

• Level 2+ NVQ/Diploma in Early Years or Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience in an early years setting with ages 0-5.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Key Person for a group of children, tracking development and milestones.
• Plan and lead creative activities aligned with EYFS curriculum.
• Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers through daily communication.
• Ensure high standards of safety, safeguarding, hygiene and emotional wellbeing.
