Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Nursery Assistant in Trafford to support children aged 6 months to 4 years. You will help with play-based learning, create engaging activities and maintain a calm, welcoming environment. A positive role model is essential to build relationships and support early development.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for supporting young children during their early development.
• Caring, patient and positive approach to role modelling for children.
• Confidence in managing groups of children and promoting positive behaviour.
• Understanding of learning through play and engaging activities.
• Willingness to learn EYFS curriculum and safeguarding requirements.
