Ffos Las Racecourse is seeking motivated individuals to join a busy kitchen environment, assisting the culinary team and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities include keeping work and public areas tidy, operating plate and pot washes, and supporting stock rotation while adhering to Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines. We welcome applicants who value teamwork and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Keep areas of work and public areas clean and tidy, during and after opening hours.
• Follow Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
• Operate the plate wash and pot wash machines, along with carrying out daily maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist in stock rotation and the safe storage of food in line with Health and Safety regulations.
• The use of chemicals when required whilst working in accordance with PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities
