Job summary

Chelmsford City Council is seeking a Casual Group Exercise Instructor to deliver high-energy classes across our four leisure centres in Chelmsford and South Woodham Ferrers. You will join a friendly team focused on delivering excellent customer service and helping to grow class attendance.

The role requires an Exercise to Music qualification and/or Gym Instructor Level 2, plus related class qualifications (Les Mills, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Box Fit, Group Cycle, Aqua, etc.).

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Current Exercise to Music qualification and/or Gym Instructor Level 2.
• Current related class qualification (e.g., Les Mills, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Box Fit, Group Cycle, Aqua).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy Group Exercise classes across four leisure centres.
