Job summary

Freedom Leisure in England is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor for casual hours to lead engaging, safe and enjoyable group classes and help members get the most from every session. You’ll work with the friendly fitness team to deliver a varied programme and provide outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for a longer-term role.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognised group exercise qualification.
• Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes.
• Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service.
• To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise group exercise classes while ensuring safety and enjoyment.
• Work with fitness team to deliver the programme.
• Provide customer-focused service and support to participants.
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive club environment.

We are looking for a Group Exercise Instructor to join our friendly and professional team. You will be customer focused and ensure that all attending are getting the best from the class, in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment.

We are looking for a real people person, who is a team player, as you will work alongside members of the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme.

We also welcome applications from passionate Instructors who can bring something new to the programme. Our key focus is to ensure our employees and customers to have the best experience possible, So if this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.
