Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps seeks an Early Years Instructor to deliver structured EYFS activities and ensure child welfare on our holiday camps. You will work with 4- to 5-year-olds, leading sports, art and play, while coordinating with the Early Years Leader to provide high-quality care.

The role requires enthusiasm, experience with young children, and flexibility to adapt to camp dynamics. Training is provided; competitive pay and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic individual with a passion for working with and developing children through play and activity.
• Experience working with children aged 4-5 in sport, art or education settings.
• Confident instructor who can adjust delivery and structure to age and ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, structured sports, art and play activities to Early Years children.
• Support welfare and safety of children on camp and act as a key contact for 4- and 5-year-olds.
• Work with the Early Years Leader to maintain high standards of care in a holiday camp setting.
