Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking an energetic Early Years Instructor to deliver structured sports, art and play for 4–5 year olds on our camps. You will work under the EYFS framework with a strong emphasis on welfare and safety.

Under the guidance of the EY Leader, you will lead activities, foster inclusivity, and build positive relationships with children and parents during the holiday camps. This role includes paid pre-camp training, competitive pay, and opportunities for progression within

Qualifications

• Experience with EYFS preferred.
• Paediatric First Aid or First Aid at Work is desirable.
• Enthusiastic about working with young children aged 4–5.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver activities for 4–5 year olds, focusing on participation and development.
• Promote welfare and ensure camp policies are followed.
• Set up activity provision during induction and maintain group welfare.
• Lead as a group mentor, welcoming children and liaising with EY Leader/parents.
• Supervise children outside activity times and adapt to each child’s needs.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude aligned with Ultimate Activity values.
• Support ad-hoc duties including cleaning and equipment maintenance.
