Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking an Early Years Instructor to deliver structured activities and ensure the welfare and safety of the 4–5 year olds on our camps. You will work under the Early Years Leader, taking a lead in maintaining welfare and providing high quality care.

The role involves EYFS-compliant activity delivery, teamwork, and flexibility in a holiday camp environment. DBS checks and safeguarding are integral parts of joining our staff.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic individual with passion for working with and developing children through play and activity.
• Experience working with 4–5 year olds in sport, art or education settings.
• Confident instructor who can adapt delivery by age and ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, structured sports, art and play activities to Early Years children.
• Maintain welfare and safety of children on camp with support from the Early Years Leader.
• Be a key contact for 4–5 year olds and provide high quality care.
