Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking an Early Years Instructor to ensure welfare and provide structured sports, art and play for 4 and 5-year-olds on our Junior camps. Activities align with EYFS and are delivered with support from the Early Years Leader to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires enthusiasm, adaptability and teamwork, with paid pre-camp training and clear progression opportunities in a fun, holiday-care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with children aged 4-5 in sport, art or education setting.
• Confident instructor capable of adapting delivery by age and ability.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Flexible team player adaptable to camp dynamics.
• Passionate about working with children through play and activity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, structured activities to Early Years children.
• Ensure welfare and safety of children on camp.
• Work with Early Years Leader to maintain high quality care.
