Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is looking for a friendly Team Member to join our centres in Belfast. You’ll provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, fun environment and help create memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Great customer service, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties on the lanes or serving food & drink from our bar and diner.
• Provide professional and engaging customer service to ensure an enjoyable, value-for-money experience during every visit.
• Support and add value at every stage of the customer journey; may be required to work in the Kitchen.
