Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Birmingham is seeking a Casual Breakfast and After School Club Activity Leader to run morning and after-school activities for children aged 4–11 at Ferndale Avenue, Great Barr.

You will deliver engaging activities, supervise play spaces, and manage sign-in/out, with split shifts (7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm). This casual role offers flexibility and opportunities to increase during holiday clubs.

Qualifications

• Loves working with children.
• Ability to turn ordinary afternoons into engaging experiences.
• Able to lead activities and manage a group.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities (multi-sports, crafts, games).
• Set up play spaces and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Supervise children with care and ensure inclusivity.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out with a friendly approach.
• Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm.
