Job summary

Junior Adventures Group UK is seeking a Breakfast and After School Club Activity Leader in Chatham. You will manage mornings and afternoons, delivering exciting activities for children aged 4–11, ensuring safety and inclusion. The role offers a split shift with a break in between, and opportunities to increase hours during Holiday Club seasons.

We offer wellbeing support, paid training, staff discounts, and a welcoming team. DBS check required, enhanced disclosure is standard.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children
• Ability to turn mornings/afternoons into engaging activities
• Positive attitude and can-do approach
• Experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work is a plus (not essential)

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate activities (multi-sports, arts & crafts, games, imaginative play).
• Set up safe, engaging play spaces and maintain cleanliness.
• Supervise and support children, ensuring inclusivity and safety.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out with a friendly approach.
• Cover split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm; assist during Holiday Club and Lunchtime Cover.
