Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Casual Breakfast and After School Club Activity Leader for St Modwen's in Burton upon Trent. The role is part-time with split shifts (7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm) at St Modwen's Catholic Primary School.

Pay is up to £12.71 per hour under a Casual Contract, with opportunities to increase hours during Holiday Club seasons. The ideal candidate loves working with children, brings energy, creativity, and teamwork, and can lead activities while ensuring safe,

Qualifications

• Loves working with children and brings a can-do attitude.

• Able to lead activities and manage groups when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like sports, arts and crafts, and games.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep environments safe and clean.
• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring everyone feels welcome and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out with a friendly, detail-oriented approach.
• Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm; potential for more hours during holidays.
