Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking an experienced ETRM Operations Lead (Endur) to guide and optimise Endur environments within energy trading organisations. You will lead a team, resolve production incidents, and collaborate with Front, Middle, and Backoffice teams to drive operational excellence.

As a trusted advisor, you will analyse workflows, implement improvements and support transformation programmes that enhance platform performance and value realization for clients.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with Openlink Endur in Energy Trading environments.
• 10+ years of Endur experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of Endur workflows and production environments.
• Experience configuring Endur deal modelling, C-motion, reference data, risk, invoicing, settlements, and reporting.
• Experience supporting, enhancing or optimising Endur platforms in complex trading organisations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Front, Middle, and Backoffice with multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Endur application support team.
• Ensure timely resolution of production incidents and service requests.
• Provide daily Endur support across Front, Middle and Back office teams.
• Collaborate with global support to manage client expectations.
• Provide reporting and analytics on system performance and incident trends.
• Provide deep operational expertise across Endur environments and help optimise day-to-day ETRM operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and improvements.
• Serve as a trusted Endur advisor on operational processes and best practices.
• Support clients in understanding how Endur workflows interact in live environments.
• Facilitate workshops to assess current-state operating models.
