Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks an ETRM Operations Lead (Endur) to manage and optimise Endur environments within Energy Trading organisations. You will advise clients, lead production support, and drive operational excellence across Front, Middle and Back Office teams.

You will mentor the Endur support team, coordinate incident resolution, and collaborate with global teams to improve platform performance and business outcomes. Strong consulting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with Openlink Endur in Energy Trading & Commodities.
• Deep understanding of Endur operational workflows and production environments.
• Hands-on experience in configuration with deal modelling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Endur application support team, including mentoring, task allocation and performance management.
• Ensure timely resolution of production incidents, service requests and system problems.
• Collaborate with Front, Middle and Back office teams to provide daily Endur support.
• Coordinate with the global support team to manage client expectations.
• Provide reporting and analytics on system performance and incidents.
• Advise on Endur operating models and best practices.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Support clients in understanding how Endur interacts with trading workflows.
