Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an Endpoint Solutions Engineer in Essex to support our Endpoint & Modern Workplace team. You will work with clients across London and the South East, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, and related infrastructure to deliver robust technical solutions.

The role involves direct customer engagement, installation projects, and collaboration with engineers and sales to design effective endpoint strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Experience troubleshooting desktop, server and network environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver minor installation and implementation projects for customers.
• Provide technical support across contracted and non-contracted customers.

A growing technology services business is looking to appoint an experienced Endpoint Solutions Engineer to join its Endpoint & Modern Workplace team, supporting a range of customers across London and the South East.

This is a great opportunity for a technically strong IT professional with experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint, infrastructure and networking who enjoys working directly with customers and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver minor installation and implementation projects for customers
• Provide technical support across contracted and non-contracted customers
