Job summary

Coforge in London, UK is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to act as the primary Desktop Engineering resource for endpoint vulnerability remediation. The role focuses on reviewing Qualys findings, prioritising fixes, and guiding remediation with End User Platform and Security teams.

The successful candidate will test and deploy updates using SCCM/MECM, develop PowerShell scripts for detection and validation, and provide 2nd line support for Windows, 365, and remote access services, while

Qualifications

Experience in endpoint vulnerability remediation and prioritisation.
Ability to review vulnerability findings from Qualys and other security tools.
Proficient in PowerShell scripting for detection and remediation.
Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM/MECM and patch deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

Act as primary Desktop Engineering resource for vulnerability remediation activities.
Investigate root causes of endpoint vulnerabilities and non-compliance.
Develop remediation plans with End User Platform and Security teams.
Test and deploy security and application updates via SCCM/MECM.
Troubleshoot patch deployments, SCCM health issues and content distribution.
Provide 2nd line support for Windows, Microsoft 365, and remote access services.
Maintain remediation records, evidence, tickets and closure notes.
Create and maintain knowledge articles and runbooks.
