Job summary

HP is seeking a strategic Product Manager to own and drive the Commercial PC Security portfolio within the Personal Systems unit. You will shape multi-year product vision, align customer needs with market trends, and coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to bring secure, differentiated solutions to market.

You will influence senior stakeholders, balance strategy and execution, and contribute to HP’s leadership in secure computing while guiding the portfolio across hardware,

Qualifications

• Product Management experience, including ownership of complex portfolios preferred.
• Proven experience managing products that span hardware, software, and services.
• Strong portfolio-level thinking with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical and business judgment.
• Experience in enterprise security, manageability, or platform products strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Shows growing mindset, embraces changes, and collaborates to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage solutions within the Commercial PC Security portfolio.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans.
• Align customer needs, market trends, and engineering execution.
• Work with Engineering, PM, Category, Marketing, Services, and Sales to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead product storytelling with the product marketing team and evaluate competitive landscape.
