Woods Bagot is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist – Endpoint & Operations to support our global technology environment, focusing on endpoint management (Windows and Mac), cloud integration, and security. You’ll join a distributed Infrastructure team reporting to a senior leader, with duties spanning operational support and strategic project delivery.

The role requires hands‑on technical expertise, problem solving, and the ability to balance day‑to‑day tasks with proactive optimisation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in Infrastructure Engineering or similar roles.
• Strong experience managing Windows and Mac endpoint environments.
• Experience with endpoint security, vulnerability management and compliance controls.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MECM including deployment and updates.
• Cloud technologies with Azure or AWS.
• Networking concepts across LAN, WAN and wireless.

Responsabilités

• Endpoint and Modern Workplace: Administer and improve endpoint management for Windows and Mac.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: provisioning, compliance, security, software deployment, patching.
• Support Mac management and related operational processes.
• Develop endpoint standards, policies and runbooks.
• Infrastructure Operations: Escalation point for complex issues; manage cloud and on‑prem platforms.
• Identity/access management and security controls; incident response involvement.
• Documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing.
• Automation and Future Capability: Identify automation opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Contribute to tooling improvements including alerting, remediation workflows and cloud visibility.
• Participate in technology uplift across endpoint, cloud, networking and security.
• Project Delivery: Design, implement and support infrastructure projects.
• Provide input into design, vendor selection and planning.
• Assist with global initiatives spanning cloud, endpoint, security and studio infra.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to deliver outcomes.
• Balance project work with BAU priorities.
