Job summary

Abbott is recruiting a Territory Manager for the Endovascular team to drive sales in the Scotland region. You will manage a portfolio including peripheral intervention solutions, stents, balloons, guidewires, and vessel modification technologies, building relationships with key accounts and delivering training with Clinical Specialists.

Based in Scotland or willing to relocate, you will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager, track market trends, complete CRM updates and forecasts, and

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience in the health care industry.
• Tertiary qualification or Medical/Paramedical certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience selling medical devices/pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Ability to develop territory business plans.
• Strong computer skills for data systems and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated teamwork and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated and disciplined.
• Ability to communicate clinical/technical data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver territory sales targets across all products by maximising call effectiveness, developing new business, and managing tenders and awards.
• Track market trends and competitor activity within the territory.
• Complete accurate and timely administration, including CRM updates, forecasts, reporting, expenses, and budget management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, representing Abbott professionally and compliantly.
• Support the Regional Sales Manager, including cross-territory field support and mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists to deliver product training and education across the region, including Ireland.
• Act as a role model for Territory Manager accountability and performance.
