LivingCare Group is seeking an Endoscopy Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day operation of the endoscopy site, ensuring safe, high-quality care and governance compliance. You will lead staffing, procurement, training and continuous improvement across the unit.

The role requires senior clinical leadership, HR management experience and strong collaboration with medical and nursing teams to implement policy and best practice.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with endoscopy experience and clinical credibility.
• Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of governance, patient safety and infection control in endoscopy.
• Proven leadership, staff management and HR processes experience.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for day-to-day operational running of the endoscopy site.
• Lead safe, high-quality service within regulatory and financial constraints.
• Drive continuous quality improvement across care, experience and performance.
• Provide clinical and operational guidance to the endoscopy team.
• Lead recruitment, supervision, appraisals and training plans.
