Job summary

LivingCare Group is seeking an Endoscopy Site Lead in the Greater London area to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the endoscopy service. The role includes staff recruitment, equipment procurement, governance, patient safety and regulatory compliance, with a focus on building a culture of quality and professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with endoscopy experience and clinical credibility.
• Degree level education or equivalent with evidence of recent professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day operational running, clinical leadership and performance of the endoscopy site.
• Lead the delivery of a safe, effective, high quality endoscopy service within agreed operational, financial and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a culture of continuous quality improvement, evaluating standards of care, identifying risks and driving improvements in clinical practice, patient experience and service performance.
• Provide expert clinical and operational advice to the endoscopy team, ensuring practice is evidence based and aligned to current guidance.
