InHealth is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team on a permanent basis at our Bicester site. You will deliver high-quality patient care across pre-, intra- and post-procedural stages, maintaining compassionate, evidence-based practice in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with the clinical team, provide guidance to colleagues, and contribute to audits and service improvements.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Experience in endoscopy setting is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support patients before, during, and after endoscopy procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to colleagues.
• Assist with decontamination, traceability and maintenance of endoscopes.
• Contribute to clinical audits and service improvement.
• Foster effective relationships with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
