• Essential: Extensive clinical experience within an endoscopy department.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver education, training and competency programmes within Endoscopy.
• Support staff, students and apprentices through induction, mentorship and professional development.
• Promote evidence-based practice and learning in line with JAG, BSG and Trust standards.
• Develop and evaluate competency frameworks, training resources and educational programmes.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory training and clinical competencies.
• Support audit, quality improvement, research and policy development activities.
• Contribute to JAG accreditation and continuous service improvement.
• Maintain compliance with Trust policies, including infection prevention, information governance and mandatory training.
