Job summary

Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment seeks a Senior Endoscopy Lead for an acute hospital in Bath, Somerset. The role oversees the Endoscopy and decontamination suite, ensuring JAG accreditation standards are met and that patient safety remains the priority.

You will manage staff, mentor the team, and provide hands-on support during procedures, including preassessment, in collaboration with the MDT. NMC/HCPC registration is required, with substantial Endoscopy experience.

Qualifications

• RGN or ODP with NMC/HCPC registration as applicable.
• At least two years in a Senior Endoscopy Practitioner post with a broad Endoscopy skill set.
• Experience leading a suite, motivating team and coordinating decontamination processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of the Endoscopy and decontamination suite and staff.
• Ensure adherence to JAG accreditation standards and relevant guidance.
• Support preassessment and Endoscopy procedures as needed in collaboration with MDT.
• Drive professional development and performance of the Endoscopy team.
