Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an administrative officer for the Endoscopy team in Bath. You will manage day-to-day booking of appointments, handle patient and relative queries, and contribute to a friendly, efficient appointment service.
You will work autonomously to prioritise referrals, update waiting lists, and provide accurate waiting time data, supporting multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will play a key part in the day to day running of endoscopy appointments including managing patient queries, general queries and booking appointments.
This role involves contact with patients, relatives and members of the general public, and you'll be part of a team that strives to provide an efficient and friendly appointment service to all.
