Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in Mattishall Ward is recruiting a Registered Nurse on a fixed term/secondment until 25/04/2027. The ward specialises in Endocrinology and diabetes care, with a supportive multidisciplinary team and opportunities to develop skills and a career in care.

In this role you will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care, carry out daily personal care, maintain patient records, ensure safe drug handling, and advocate for patients while upholding NHS values

Qualifications

• CPD ongoing and maintenance of a Personal, Professional Profile.
• CPD evidence and ongoing development are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care without supervision.
• Daily personal care of patients and accurate record keeping.
• Safe custody, supply and administration of drugs per Trust policy.
• Act as patient advocate and support MDT colleagues.
