Job summary

VIVID is seeking an experienced End User Technology & Licensing Manager to join our team in Portsmouth or Basingstoke. The role is permanent, 37 hours a week, with at least 20% of time in the office to promote collaboration within the CIDO team and across the business.

You'll own the end-user technology estate, manage device lifecycles, licensing, supplier engagement and software asset management, while driving cost savings and value for money across Microsoft licensing and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-user technology and software licensing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and Intune is essential.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-user technology estate including devices and software licensing.
• Lead device lifecycle management, supplier engagement and licensing optimisation.
• Drive cost savings and service improvements across Microsoft licensing and related tech.
• Contribute to device refresh programmes and office tech upgrades.
