Job summary

VIVID is seeking an experienced End User Technology & Licensing Manager to own the organisation's end-user tech estate, including laptops, mobile devices and software licensing. You’ll liaise with IT, Procurement and Finance to drive standards, lifecycle management and licensing optimisation, delivering cost-saving and value for money.

Experienced in end-user technology, software licensing and IT service delivery.
Strong knowledge of software asset management and licensing optimisation.
Commercially aware with ability to balance cost, security and user experience.

Responsibilities

Manage end-user technology estate: laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and software licensing.
Lead technology standards, device lifecycle management and supplier engagement.
Drive software asset management and licensing optimisation, identifying cost savings.
Support projects like device refresh and endpoint management via Intune.
