We have a fantastic opportunity to join the bank as an End User Experience Analyst. This role resides within the Santander IT, Product Management function and comprises a team of 6 responsible for Santander EUT Products, Business Engagement, and User Experience.

Here, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of how the business interacts with Santander IT Technology and continually seek ways to improve these journeys. You'll engage with the business across 6 core domains, establishing effective relationships, understanding their requirements, and working closely with Product Specialists to communicate, investigate, and implement technological changes.

You'll leverage your experience in stakeholder management and act as a single point of contact between the business and Santander IT, facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.

The difference you'll make:

• Collaborate with IT service providers and support teams to identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements that improve user experience.
• Develop, update, and manage documentation related to user adoption, experience, and processes.
• Identify and maintain data sources to gain insights into user sentiment and utilize these insights to automate or streamline end-user journeys.
• Apply UX design principles to advocate for and implement user-centric solutions that enhance the overall user experience.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and project planning to oversee implementation, ensure due diligence, and enable successful delivery.

What you'll bring:

Essential requirements include:

• Experience in shaping UX Strategy driven by research.
• Workshop facilitation and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience in discovery, validation, and evaluative research in an agile environment, influencing product roadmaps.
• Ability to develop user personas and journey maps to inform decision-making.
• Strong communication skills to present research insights effectively to varied audiences.
• Experience managing project deliverables, including plans, milestones, risks, issues, and governance.

Desirable skills:

• Figma experience.
• NexThink experience.
• Experience working within a PMO team in large-scale program delivery.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Prince2.

Additional information:

This is a permanent role based in Milton Keynes, with hybrid working arrangements. On-call support is required on a weekly basis, with standby allowances and overtime compensation.
