Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Change Analyst to join our IT Change Management team in Unity Place - Milton Keynes.

You’ll use a variety of skills working with an experienced team of change managers involved in both minor and major changes to Infrastructure including large transformation programmes, upgrades, and projects.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing deployments in different environments for various technologies such as JAVA, AWS Cloud, and Mainframe.
  • Performing technical analysis of deployment failures and resolving issues.
  • Coordinating major changes, including deployment plans, managing deployment activities, and verifying and validating implementations.
  • Performing post-implementation reviews.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships with internal and external interfacing areas.
  • Chairing weekly change board meetings and specific project change meetings.

What you’ll bring:

Essential requirements:

  • Experience with Technical and Software Change Management.
  • Experience installing and deploying software packages for different technologies/frameworks.
  • Previous experience working within an ITIL Service-oriented environment.

Desirable additional skills:

  • Understanding of multi-platform systems architecture (e.g., Ansible, WebSphere, Tomcat, AWS Cloud, Android/iOS).
  • ITIL Certification or equivalent.
  • Prince Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in scripting languages.

This permanent role is based in Unity Place, Milton Keynes. We support flexible working patterns, including part-time and job-share options, with a hybrid working approach. Applicants should consider their travel distance and costs. Support on-call is required on a rota basis.
