Job summary

NewDay is seeking an End User Computing Specialist to ensure colleagues have secure, reliable, high-performing technology. You will support the End User Services Operational Support team across end user devices, collaboration tools, and remote working solutions.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting across devices and Microsoft 365, maintaining service levels, and driving device lifecycle management. Strong diagnostic and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced financial services

Qualifications

• Must diagnose and resolve technical issues while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and modern endpoint management platforms.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, device provisioning and patch management best practices.
• Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support across end user devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools and peripherals, including VIP support where required.
• Maintain and enhance the performance, availability and reliability of end user computing services to meet service levels.
• Support and optimise Teams Rooms, event space technology and remote working solutions for a seamless colleague experience.
• Drive device lifecycle management including provisioning, deployment, patching, security hardening and endpoint management.
• Identify and implement process improvements and new technologies; contribute to governance, compliance and documentation.
